Position Summary:
As the Salon Manager, you will be the driving force behind the salon's operations, staff management, and customer relations, while also lending your nail technician skills to our service offerings. This role requires a blend of leadership qualities and technical nail care expertise, ensuring the salon operates smoothly and continues to meet our high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of beauty professionals, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
- Utilize your experience as a Nail Technician to perform nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and the latest nail care treatments.
- Ensure the salon environment is always clean, welcoming, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales, and increase client retention.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the salon is well-stocked with the highest quality products.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience as a nail technician with a comprehensive understanding of nail care techniques and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Knowledge of the latest beauty trends, nail care techniques, and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
