We would like to invite applications for a project manager position in the Lifecourse Epidemiology group. The project manager will contribute to the practical planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects related to several epidemiological studies. The key responsibilities include assisting with elements related to running research projects including project documentation, data applications and tracking timelines, assisting with financial reporting, communication, and general administrative tasks.

We offer

The position is available at the Center for Clinical Research and Prevention (CCRP), which is an internationally renowned research Center and part of the Copenhagen University Hospital. The aim of the CCRP is to conduct high-level research and provide education that contributes to improving knowledge about the prevention of disease and the promotion of health

The candidate will join an integrated group of PhDs, postdocs, senior researchers and professors and administrators based at the Center. The candidate will interact with these individuals from various scientific disciplines (including biostatistics, epidemiology, health promotion and medicine) and actively contribute to the environment at the Center.

We expect

Applicants for this position should have an understanding of the research environment and a Masters degree in e.g. the biological sciences, epidemiology, human nutrition, medicine or public health. Experience in managing a project, preferably in a research or healthcare setting, is preferred.

Good communication, writing and organizational skills are required. The candidate will be expected to work closely with the Head of the Lifecourse Epidemiology research group and as well as the rest of the group of researchers.

Terms of employment

The position is part time, with a minimum of 15 hours per week and open to negotiation for additional hours and limited to 3 years with the possibility of extension depending on resources. Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the collective agreement between the Region’s Board for Wages and Tariffs and the relevant trade organization.
