The department of Management, Society and Communication (MSC) at Copenhagen Business School is looking for a new Student Assistant to join our team.
MSC is seeking student assistant for the EU SECreTour Project. The SECreTour drives sustainable cultural tourism by empowering local communities, shaping a Fair, Creative, and Sustainable Tourism approach, and testing diverse European pilot cases to foster fair development, community engagement, and policy insights. You can read more about the project here: SECreTour – Tourism 4.0 (tourism4-0.org). At times you can also be asked to work on other projects at the department.
We are over 130 fulltime employees at MSC, who all work with research, teaching and administration. MSC is located in Dalgas Have, Frederiksberg. The tasks include but are not limited to:
- The primary task is conducting systematic literature reviews within the field of sustainability and tourism.
- You will also assist disseminating the findings from the literature reviews in reports, slideshows etc.
- Other administrative/ad hoc tasks related to research or the project.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent analytical skill
- Written proficiency in English
- You should be open and ready to learn how to conduct research including literature reviews - it is not a requirement to have experience with conducting literature reviews
Advantage will be given to students who has completed a bachelor. You have to be enrolled at an institution of higher education to be considered for the position.

Salary and terms of employment
Employment will take place in accordance with the HK organizational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and Publicly Employed Organizations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).
The salary amounts to between DKK 140.57 and DKK 147.46 depending on previous employment with office employment experience and level of education. Pension is paid if there has been 9 months of prior employment in the public sector and you are over 20 years old, or have previously been covered by a pension scheme as part of a previous employment. The pension contribution amounts to 15% of the pensionable salary components.
It is a requirement that you are an active student at a higher education institution to be employed.
MSC is looking for a student assistant for a permanent position until you finish your studies.
Working hours: on average 15 hours per week
Expected Start: Mid-august or as soon as possible
