If you are enthusiastic about bringing impactful projects that have a programmatic focus to life and are interested in the impact higher education programs can have on society, then you could be one of our next colleagues at Copenhagen School Entrepreneurship (CSE) at Copenhagen Business School.

Work alongside a collaborative and international team of innovation and entrepreneurship developers, innovators and facilitators across a range of projects encompassing program management, partner coordination, branding and communications, participation strategies and process documentation. You can either be an experienced project manager with proficiency in running programs, or a program manager with project management experience. Our projects include a range of high-profile programs such as Founder to Leader, Pollinate and Open Entrepreneurship. We are seeking new colleagues to support these projects in addition to several new projects in the pipeline.

Working under the stewardship of the project leader, the program manager will work in an intrapreneurial manner to bring a project brief to life, iterating on the elements and ensuring quality across all touchpoints. Working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, this is a relational role which requires adaptability and collaborative relationship management.

The overall areas of responsibility and tasks include the following:

  • Project management of 2-3 projects, with some phasing out and others phasing in over time
  • Many projects include program delivery: end-to-end from recruiting to evaluation as is in collaboration with the team
  • Branding and participant recruitment activities
  • Conducting interviews with applicants
  • Plan and deliver effective onboarding of participants
  • Delivery of program – i.e. communicating, facilitating, coordinating, and checking in
  • Evaluation of the program
  • Implementation of potential smaller design changes with input from methodology responsible project champion
  • Network alumni and ecosystem: Develop and continuously maintain good relations to a wide variety of ecosystem members and stakeholders
  • Engage alumni network in post program activities and coordinate potential offerings
  • Content production: Project manage thought leadership/communication projects/artefacts end-to-end
  • Scope, plan and project manage bigger communications projects, such as booklets, podcast and magazine style publications
  • Events: Plan, project manage and deliver bigger events within the project in partnership with bigger key and strategic partners

Growth and development

Staff at CBS have many development opportunities available, including training, mentorship, formal courses and possibility of taking on new projects. Staff members within these positions have become program managers, heads of programs or senior contributors as project experts.

Conditions of employment

Employment and remuneration take place in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant organization, with a classification and remuneration depending on qualifications and experience. Upon employment, it will be possible to negotiate personal allowances. This is a full-time role situated at Frederiksberg. The employment runs until July 2026 – with possibility for extending the contract.

Referees will be requested within the interview process and will include previous supervisors and personnel who have reported to you in prior positions.

Applicants who are invited for interview may be asked to work on a case which demonstrates their approach to the core tasks.
