We are looking for student assistants with an interest in social entrepreneurship to contribute to various projects related to social entrepreneurship education.
Applicants who can remain employed at least until May 2028 are favored. Final hiring decisions will only be made once applicants have been formally accepted into a master’s programme or, in the case of bachelor students, if they currently still have at least two years remaining in their studies.
As a student assistant, you will be affiliated with Kai Hockerts and Anne-Karen Hueske and become part of an international team of student assistants working on several social entrepreneurship projects.
This includes projects related to fostering social entrepreneurship education across the Aurora European universities and supporting students in developing social entrepreneurship competencies through a social business model competition, onboarding professors from various Aurora universities using the learning platform, and communication with CBS employees engaged in Aurora, planning and scheduling of meetings.

The tasks will differ depending on your affiliation but can include:
Student Positions
We are looking for several student assistants to support our work with seizmic in the following areas:
- Proposal Writing: Assisting in the preparation of research and innovation proposals (e.g., for EU funding programs such as Horizon Europe or EIT initiatives).
- Task Team (TT) Support: Supporting coordination and administrative tasks within Aurora Task Teams, including collaboration with partners and contributions to activities linked to Professor Kai Hockerts.
- Coursera Support: Supporting the maintenance and ongoing improvement of three Coursera courses that together form a specialization and run independently.
- Website Support: Assisting with the development and maintenance of our website using the Wix platform.
- Communicate with various stakeholders, including international partners and CBS colleagues.
- Seizmic APP Support: Supporting professor onboarding, accepting pending projects, coordination related to the seizmic awards, and contributing to the further development and coordination of seizmic WP3 activities. The student assistant will support Alberto and Luise and gradually take over the seizmic WP3 lead after their graduation.

Salary and terms of employment
Employment takes place in accordance with the HK organisational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Publicly Employed Organisations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).
The salary currently ranges between DKK 142,98 and DKK 149,99 per hour and is dependent on previous employment in the office profession and level of education. The pension contribution amounts to 16% of the pensionable salary components.
It is a prerequisite that you are an active student at a higher educational institution throughout the entirety of your employment.
Working hours: Average of 11 hours per week
Expected Start: End of June / Beginning of July
