At the Department of Organization, we are looking for a student assistant for the research project “Leadership for Sustainable Futures.” The project seeks to develop new insights on how strategic and creative leadership can enable sustainability, inclusivity, and novel approaches to the big challenges of our time. The domains of the project include leadership, organization, and creativity.
Work tasks
The job will consist of assisting Professor Silviya Svejenova with diverse research and administrative tasks related to the above mentioned research project. These include desktop data collection, mapping of academic literature, preparation of interviews, transcription, organization of meetings, update of a website, postings on social media, and similar. Your workplace is the Department of Organization, CBS.
Qualifications
The selected candidate has the following qualifications:
- You have a strong interest in leadership, organization, and creativity, as well as abilities in conducting qualitative academic research;
- You have a good command of both English and Danish;
- You are able to work independently and professionally with the tasks at hand;
- You are able to use social media to create and deliver project-relevant content;
- You are eager to contribute to sustainable futures and make a difference.
Payment and hire
Employment will take place according to the HK organization agreement and the Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Tax and Public Employees’ Organizations (OAO-S Joint Agreement).
The salary is between DKK 132.68 to DKK 139.19 and depends on previous employment within the office subject and level of education. A pension is paid if you have had 9 months’ prior employment in the public sector or if you have previously been covered by an occupational pension. The pension contribution amounts to 11.19 % of the pensionable salary components.
It is a prerequisite for employment that the candidate is an active student.
The job requires 10 hours a week and will be remunerated according to the price per hour established by the university.
The job will start on May 1, 2024 and will end one year after.
