About the role
Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) at CBS is looking for a Programme Administrator to own the operational delivery of our incubation programmes. You will ensure programmes run smoothly — participant logistics, session delivery, and data capture from intake to completion — supporting founders as they build and scale their ventures.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end programme administration from intake to completion
- Respond to participant enquiries and provide programme support
- Set up and run information sessions and onboarding
- Maintain and improve systems for participant tracking, attendance, and follow-up
- Prepare session spaces and materials — setup, printouts, equipment, breakdown
- Ensure accountability — follow up on no-shows, manage exemptions, enforce deadlines
- Maintain programme documentation and databases
- Analyse feedback and recommend improvements to programme delivery
Your profile
- University degree in business administration, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in programme administration, operations, or university administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with founders, students, and academics
- Able to hold boundaries politely and enforce structure
- Systems-oriented — can maintain databases, templates, and workflows
- Excellent written English
- Service-minded, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and venture building is a plus

Terms of employment
The position is for a fixed term of 1 year from the start date. Employment and remuneration will be in accordance with the current collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Akademikerne, with classification and salary based on qualifications and experience.
