We are looking for a head of chef at Mudan Restaurant in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.
Mudan Restaurant is an authanic Chinese restaurant speiclized in Northeastern Chinese cuisine. The restaurant has been opened since 2017, today is one of the top rated authanic Chinese restaurant in Denmark.
Here are the inqurity for the head of chef:
1. With minimum 8 years working experiences in Chinese kitchen which specilized in Northeastern cuisine.
2. Chinese Speaking.
3. Must be able to handle very stressfull working enviroment.
4. Must be very good at cleaning while cooking. Mudan Restaurant has a very high hygiene standard.
5. Must be able to live in Copenhagen area.
6. Must be able to work in a team.
7. Healthy.
