Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE), Copenhagen Business School
About the role
Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) at CBS is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to lead the design of our entrepreneurship and innovation programmes, so participants build real entrepreneurial capability, not just attend. The role owns programme design end to end, from scoping through to delivery-ready, across both ECTS-credit courses and action-based, non-credit learning.
It also supports the Executive Director in delivering work agreed at dean level across CBS' education and research agendas, helping to develop and plan learning programmes aligned to CBS' venture-building and entrepreneurial-capability agenda. It is an individual contributor role, without line management. This role is a maternity cover.
Key responsibilities
- Design courses and programmes that build entrepreneurial capability, spanning ECTS credit and action-based learning
- Lead scoping and design of new programmes across the venture-building and capability-building journey, from concept to delivery-ready
- Facilitate and deliver experiential learning, project-based, problem-based, action-based, and play-based, drawing on how founders actually build and scale ventures
- Support the Executive Director in delivering dean-level work on learning programmes, aligned to CBS' venture-building and entrepreneurial-capability agenda
- Build structured feedback and evaluation into programme design, for both learners and programme teams
- Pilot learning-by-doing approaches that can transfer into CBS' ECTS and non-ECTS curricula
Your profile
- Advanced university degree, Masters preferred, and professional training in education, learning design, business, entrepreneurship, innovation, or a related field.
- Experience designing programmes and courses in entrepreneurship, innovation, or business building, ideally spanning credit-bearing and experiential formats
- Deep understanding of how ventures are built and scaled, and how to translate that into learning
- Strong facilitator of experiential learning (project-based, problem-based, action-based, and play-based)
- Experience building capability in others, whether founders, learners, colleagues, or programme teams
- Systematic about feedback, evaluation and iteration
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across teams
- Excellent written and spoken English
What we offer
- Employment under collective agreement with the possibility of qualification supplements
- Pension scheme with flexible hours
- Strong focus on work-life balance and flexible working conditions
- Personal and professional development opportunities
- An inclusive, international work environment with supportive colleagues
Terms of employment
The position is a fixed-term maternity cover, from 1 October 2026 (or as soon as possible) till 30 September 2027. Employment and remuneration will be in accordance with the current collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant professional organisation, with classification and salary based on qualifications and experience.
Recruitment process
We review and interview candidates on an ongoing basis and expect to fill the position as soon as we find the right candidate.
One of CBS' strategic goals is to promote diversity and inclusion within our organisation. Therefore, we strive for a recruitment process that minimises potential bias. We encourage applicants not to include a photo or unnecessary personal information in their application.
