Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook our all-day menu, focussing on breakfast, brunch and lunch
Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet our standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Manage kitchen stock and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with the team to develop new menu ideas
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Support bar staff by serving, operating the till etc.

Who You Are:
Experienced in working as a chef or cook, preferably in a café or restaurant
Passionate about cooking and creating delicious dishes
Organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
A team player with good communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Have a winner mentality and understanding the important of growth
