The Department of Management, Society and Communication are looking for several student assistants with an interest in social entrepreneurship, communication, project coordination, and educational innovation to contribute to a range of projects related to social entrepreneurship education.
As a Student Assistant, you will be affiliated with Professor Kai Hockerts and Anne-Karen Hüske and become part of an international team supporting educational and research initiatives across the Aurora European University Alliance.
Our work focuses on improving social entrepreneurship education through international collaboration, innovative teaching initiatives, digital platforms, and the development of new educational projects. This includes supporting initiatives within Aurora, seizmic, and other international collaborations.

Avaliable work areas
1. Communication & Outreach
- Support communication activities for Aurora and seizmic initiatives.
- Create and update communication materials for students, educators, and external stakeholders.
- Help communicate educational initiatives and learning opportunities across the Aurora alliance.
- Support communication with international partners and CBS colleagues.
2. International Project Support
- Support Aurora bridge funding activities.
- Assist with project coordination, meeting preparation, and project documentation.
- Communicate with international partners and CBS colleagues.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing international education projects.
3. EIT Project Support
- Support the implementation of an EIT-funded project.
- Assist with project coordination, communication, and documentation.
- Contribute to project deliverables, reporting, and collaboration with project partners.
- Support meetings and other project-related activities where needed.
4. Coursera & Digital Platforms
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of three Coursera courses.
- Assist with digital learning resources and educational content.
- Support educators and students using the seizmic learning ecosystem.
5. Website & Online Presence
- Assist with the maintenance and further development of the seizmic.eu website using Wix.
- Update website content and ensure information remains current.
- Support digital outreach activities.
We are looking for students who
- Have solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Enjoy working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
- Have an interest in social entrepreneurship and educational innovation.
- Show initiative, a service-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn.
- Can balance solo tasks with effective teamwork.
The following are considered an advantage
- Experience with project coordination or international collaboration.
- Experience with website management (e.g. Wix).
- Experience with digital communication or content creation.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g. Coursera).
- Enrollment at an instutition of higher education until at least May 2028

Salary and terms of employment
Employment takes place in accordance with the HK organisational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Publicly Employed Organisations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).
The salary currently ranges between DKK 144.80 and DKK 151.90 per hour and is dependent on previous employment in the office profession and level of education. The pension contribution amounts to 16% of the pensionable salary components.
It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher educational institution.
