The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Inspector (Rengøringsinspektør) to oversee daily cleaning operations on the ground, maintain our high-quality standards, and ensure total client satisfaction. You will serve as the essential link between our frontline cleaning teams and management, ensuring every contract is executed to perfection.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular, detailed site inspections and rigorous quality control checks to ensure standards are met and fixing issues if any come up.
Site Management: Coordinate and supervise cleaning operations across multiple client sites in Greater Copenhagen.
Team Leadership: Manage personnel scheduling, shift planning, and provide on-site guidance to cleaning staff.
Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback, addressing inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all teams comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Logistics: Maintain inventory levels and order necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for your assigned sites.
Reporting: Document site performance and provide operational updates to management.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry or facility services.
A "sharp eye" for detail with a deep knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset. Knowledge of cleaning standards, health and safety regulations
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed
