  • Welcome and onboard new members and visitors
  • Manage day-to-day front of house operations, including space utilisation, access, facilities coordination, and logistics
  • Act as first point of contact for space-related enquiries
  • Contribute to internal staff events (e.g., team offsites, celebrations, holiday gatherings)

Your profile
  • University degree in business admin, communications, hospitality, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in community management, hospitality, events, or operations management
  • Proven track record creating welcoming environments and building community
  • Experience building and sustaining organisational culture

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — confident engaging with diverse audiences from students to senior stakeholders
  • Discreet, professional, and able to work independently
  • Service-minded, proactive, and willing to take initiative with a nothing-is-impossible attitude
  • Good English and Danish skills required

What we offer
  • Employment under collective agreement with the possibility of qualification supplements
  • Pension scheme with flexible hours
  • Strong focus on work-life balance and flexible working conditions
  • Personal and professional development opportunities
  • An inclusive, international work environment with supportive colleagues

Terms of employment

The position is part-time (30 hours per week) for a fixed term of 18 months from start date 15 September 2026 (or sooner). Employment and remuneration will be in accordance with the current collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant professional organisation, with classification and salary based on qualifications and experience.
