A teaching assistant position with special emphasis on education in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning is available at the Department of Management, Society and Communication (MSC), for appointment as soon as possible.

The position is on a temporary part-time position for a fixed term of three years with the possibility of two three-year extensions.

MSC’s research and teaching addresses the dynamic relations between business and society and the responsible management thereof. To this end, MSC mobilises a wide range of expertise within management and business disciplines as well as the broader social and human sciences, organized in three interconnected research environments: CBS Sustainability; Centre for Business and Development Studies; the Communication, Organisation and Governance Research Cluster.

The position includes

  • Teaching in AI and machine learning
  • Development and supervision of student exercises
  • Supervision of students

Qualifications

The position normally requires a relevant master’s degree or equivalent. Teaching qualifications will be taken into consideration in the assessment.

Terms of employment

The appointment will be in accordance with the circular on hourly-paid teaching under the Ministry of Taxation. The hours of work can vary according to needs in the individual semesters to a maximum of 780 hours per academic year. The new employee must be willing to take a pedagogical course arranged by CBS and participate in lecturer meetings.
