Do you have good written and verbal English communication skills and you interested in working with communication in an international setting? Are you highly organized, self-driven and have a good attention to detail? Then you might be our new Admissions Assistant!
Tasks:
- Monitor the general mailbox and reply to queries
- Work in CRM system including setting up campaigns & managing applications
- Assisting the Admissions Manager with various Ad Hoc tasks
- CV assessment on prospect candidates
- Follow up on prospective students via e-mail
- Update information on the MBA Homepages when necessary
- Send brochures for international fairs
- Prepare, send out and follow up on online campaigns
- Prepare for international fairs and other events including send out of brochures
- Assist incoming international MBA students with visa and housing information
- Work in Excel and other tools from the Microsoft Office Suite
Skills:
- Fluent English with good writing skills
- Experience with CRM systems a plus
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with digital and social media
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task

We run three MBA programmes within our department and are split into teams of admissions, marketing, program management, careers, and alumni. Employment will be according to the HK-organisationsaftale and Fællesoverenskomsten between the Ministry of Finance and Offentligt Ansatte Organisationer (OAO-S Fællesoverenskomsten). It is a condition of the employment, that you are a student at an institution of higher education in Denmark and have a Danish work permit.
