Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship is seeking a Sustainability & Innovation Programme Lead & Advisor to work across programmes and business functions to enhance the capacity for all student and academic projects to create greater societal change. While the role will consult across the business unit, there will be more specific tasks overseeing and developing projects in the pipeline such as: Pollinate 2.0, Carbon Accounting and Green Business Hygiene.

CSE is the centre of applied entrepreneurship, based at Copenhagen Business School. Under the strategic direction of responsible venture creation, CSE is focusing our programmatic efforts on ensuring all new ventures developed have the opportunity to engage with and evolve their ideas through societal impact. Job Purpose
To deliver outcomes at scale across programmes and programme operations in consultation with senior leadership.
Core Tasks
- Strategic programme scoping, design and delivery requiring skills in sustainability and impact subject matter.
- Collaborate with, train and mentor staff in the development and implementation of sustainability business development and programme design.
- Consult to and direct the evaluation of programmes.
- Act as the subject matter expert for CSE and the university regarding the interpretation, implementation and compliance with emergent sustainability, emerging research, trends and capabilities through a programme lens.
- Recommend actions and/or assist in resolving complex issues that span organizational boundaries.
- Represent the programme or function at the university level and also to external/internal stakeholders and ecosystem.
- Direct and manage outreach and required formal partnership strategy that may include relationship development, communications, and compliance.
- May develop and/or oversee budgets; manage finances, including monitoring, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting.
To excel in this position, the preferred candidate may bring:
- Comprehensive experience in entrepreneurial and innovation programme design, business development and coaching.
- Experience within an incubator and university setting
- Experience coaching and developing peers, such as business developers, programme designers and educators.
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, in particular working with founders and programme design through a sustainability lens.
- Leadership skills and ability to affect and motivate stakeholders.
- Planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Established ability to make sound business decisions using good business judgment and innovative and creative problem-solving.
- Shown ability to oversee financial, organizational and staff resources
- Interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to cultivate professional and business partnerships in industry and related ecosystems.
- Proficient project planning and management skills.
- Ability to act independently and as part of a team.
The role will be situated within the Ecosystem Impact Team led by Frederik Nygaard, and be part of the sustainability working group. Personnel responsibility or the role sits with CSE Director Ash Wallington.

Salary and terms of employment
Employment and salary are based on the current collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant organisation, with classification and salary depending on qualifications and experience.
There will be an opportunity to negotiate personal allowances upon employment.
Due to the nature of external financing, this role is time-limited contract of two years full time employment of 37 hours a week, with possibility of extension.
